The Indian Hill School District proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of its educators with the announcement of the 2025 Teacher and Superintendent Award winners and the distinguished Awards of Excellence. Among this year’s honorees, Indian Hill Primary School teacher Amy Campa received the Ohio Master Teacher Award of Excellence, presented by the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation, a prestigious recognition reserved for Ohio’s most exemplary educators.
“We believe that excellence in education begins with exceptional educators, and Amy Campa is a shining example of that belief in action,” said Indian Hill CEO/Superintendent Kirk Koennecke. “Her recognition with the Ohio Master Teacher Award of Excellence is not only a personal achievement but also a testament to the caliber of teaching that defines our district. We are incredibly proud of Amy and all of our award recipients who inspire a culture of innovation, compassion, and academic excellence every day.”
The Ohio Master Teacher Award of Excellence honors teachers who demonstrate excellence in instructional leadership, dedication to student success, and contributions to the profession through mentoring and curriculum innovation.

Amy Campa, known for her engaging teaching style, collaborative spirit, and unwavering focus on student growth, expressed deep gratitude for the recognition.
