IHEVSD K–12 District
Grant Requests

The purpose of Capital Grants is to enhance our schools by providing learning opportunities that cannot be offered through normal district budget avenues. Priority will be given to innovative and creative opportunities that enrich a large number of our students.

2025-26 Grant Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: This single application is now the only format through which funding may be requested from any one of the following organizations:

  • Indian Hill Boosters
  • Indian Hill Foundation
  • Indian Hill PTO

Prior to submitting a grant inquiry, the requestor must have initially spoken with an IH administrator or school principal and are in agreement this is the most viable option to request funding. This assures collaboration and that budgets and available funds are best maximized across the district.

PRIORITY FUNDING:

  1. IH Boosters organization supports our students as they participate in arts, athletics and extracurricular clubs. Requesters will need to ensure appropriate lead time to enable discussion and voting and should plan accordingly as requests for a quick turn-around cannot be met.
  2. IH Foundation funds projects focused on innovative programs, professional development for staff and faculty, and community-building programs & projects. All grants submitted to the Foundation are reviewed year-round on a monthly basis by the IHF Board Grant Chair (Lauren Crandall) and grants sub-committee.
  3. IH PTO is organized for the purpose of supporting the educational experience of all learners within the district by fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers.

CRITERIA FOR FUNDING:

  • Funding request fits one of the priority funding areas listed above.
  • Depending on the type and size of the grant, reporting requirements may vary. We will communicate with you on expected reporting and communications when notifying applicants of the grant decision.
  • Marketing and promotion consideration for programs or projects funded will be communicated when notifying applicants of the grant decision.

GRANT REVIEW AND APPROVAL TIMELINE:

New this year, grants will be reviewed across three funding cycles by representatives from all supporting organizations. This coordinated process ensures alignment and clarity for applicants.

There are three deadlines within the cycle, and applications will be reviewed collectively after each deadline.

  • September 15, 2025
  • November 7, 2025
  • February 6, 2026

We appreciate your attention to these updates as we streamline the process to better serve our schools and students.
