26-27 Transportation Requests for
Indian Hill, All Saints, Cincinnati Country Day, St. Gertrude, and all other Non-public schools.
CURRENT - Indian Hill Students:
- 26-27 Transportation Request Forms have been sent via email on May 29th. The deadline for this form is June 28th at which time it will expire. If your student does not need transportation for 26-27 please let us know via the emailed form.
- If something changes before July 20th and you have already filled out your 26-27 Bus Intent form for returning students sent via email. You can fill out the "26-27 UPDATE Student Information - INDIAN HILL" by July 20th (the link is below) after July 20th if you have necessary changes you will need to call the transportation office at 513.272.4532.

- NEW - Sign up your student/s for an Indian Hill Final Forms - Non Public Schools account HERE - check out the Final Forms How to Page
- NEW - In Final Forms fill out the forms and upload the required resident, and student information documents pdf. The due date is July 20th - IH Transportation will need to process this information to determine eligibility for transportation.
NEW - Non-Public Student's (26-27) or Student's currently receiving Payment in lieu of transportation:
- Sign up for an Indian Hill Final Forms account HERE - check out the Final Forms How to PAGE
- In Final Forms fill out the forms and upload the required resident, and student information documents .pdf. Indian Hill Transportation will need to process this information to determine eligibility for transportation.
- Fill out the New Student Transportation Request Form for the non-public schools we transport to All Saints, CCD, or St. Gertrude or select the "All Other schools" form. (Links Below)

Bus Transportation Requests: Please do not fill a NEW STUDENT form out more than once or if your student rode the bus in 25-26. If you need to make a change please use a form from the Student Information CHANGE section below.

Student Information CHANGE Request: Only use this form if you have already filled out a current student form sent via email or one of the new student forms above.
Long-Term Alternative Stop Requests - add new or change existing: for daycare, shared parenting, etc. Please read the Alternative Transportation Page for more information.
Short-Term Alternative Stop Requests: going home with a friend, etc. Please read the Alternative Transportation Page for more information. This form will be active on Sept. 1, 2026.
